“S’el fu si bel com’ elli è ora brutto, e contra ‘l suo fattore alzo le ciglia . . .”
The recent very strange admission of Hollywood actress Megan Fox that both she and her boyfriend, rapper “Machinegun Kelley,” consume each other’s blood ritualistically seems, besides extremely disturbing on a superficial level, contradictory to the contemporary agenda against consuming animal protein in general. However, as we have seen this past year, ritualistic cannibalism is not contained only to the former Transformers actress and her current amore, but recent allegations of cannibalism concerning another Hollywood actor, Armie Hammer, surfaced earlier this year. True, allegations alone do not make a crime but there is a definite undercurrent running through those hills with so many videographic and photographic evidences of, if not actual cannibalism, certainly a sick fettish around consuming human body-esque cakes and pastries.
This is all very odd indeed when simply taken on face value, but then the same people will appear in ads discouraging the immoral act of eating animal products and simultaneously promoting plant-based/vegan food substitutes. Not only that, but it seems counterintuitive for the cultural elites to at once be urging people to substitute beef for mealworms, while at the same time consuming each other’s blood and talking about eating human flesh. What are we to make of this? The answer is as simple as it is already known by all at some level. Western man has rejected God and simultaneously offers to each individual the opportunity to be their own god. Let me explain.
In 1962 the series The Twilight Zone aired the episode “To Serve Man,” which centered on the visitation of humanoid aliens from some unknown planet claiming to only have one desired intention: to serve man. They stated that they wished to help alleviate all of the ills that humans were accustomed to from natural disasters to man made cataclysms such as war and hunger. They were called Kanamits and they were manifestly a superior being to humans. And yet, according to their ambassadors to earth, they were not only docile but were benevolent. Their main method of communication was a sort of mental telepathy which spoke directly into the minds of those individuals who they wished to communicate with. Their goal was to offer to mankind the use of advanced technology which would end famines, prevent international conflict, and provide cheap and renewable energy to humanity to prevent want. They presented themselves to the U.N and submitted to all of the U.N’s questions and procedures, eventually winning that august body of international legislators over to their confidence. They brought with them a book which was written in the Kanamit language and needed time to decipher but the title was the first thing to be translated: to serve man. The Kanamits upheld their promises and helped to alleviate all human suffering. This was the final hurdle for the Kanamits before everybody on earth wished to abide with the aliens.
Eventually in the episode, everybody becomes so enamored with the Kanamits that, at the invitation of the aliens, people begin to travel to their planet for further service; but it was a trap. The famous twist ending of the episode has the one person who was still not entirely trusting and awake to reality finish deciphering the mysterious book left at the U.N by the ambassador of the Kanamits and as it turns out, it was a cook book. However, this revelation comes too late for all the people on the spaceship which takes the helpless and unsuspecting humans off to their doom and final destination: an alien soup pot.
It is no secret that in nature, the higher forms of life feed upon but also depend upon the lower forms of creation for their subsistence and nourishment. Mineral supports plant. Plant animal and ultimately animal supports human life. Man is the most perfect hunter found in nature. As such he is the top of the food chain, so to speak, but also evidently the highest form of natural creation. He, unlike mere predators such as lions and birds of prey, uses his intelligence and understanding of the natural world to maintain a harmony and balance of all the different forms of animal and plant life and all those are subject to his dominion. If you don’t believe me look out the window at your front lawn or walk through the grocery store and see all the different kinds of animal products presented for your consumption. Of course mans dominion goes much deeper than lawns and grocery shelves but these are simple pieces of evidence that all creation is subjected to man. This very subjection of nature though also points to the fact that man is the highest form of creation. We consume both plant and animal and it is what we are designed to do in nature.
The foreshadowing of this Twilight Zone episode is ominous for our own day not because we have to fear an alien subversion and eventual gastronomical utilization of the human race, but rather because it highlights what happens when mankind either forgets his own dignity and destiny or allows himself to become a mere lower form of intelligent animal life. One way or the other, man is on the menu for whatever he chooses to serve: his new god or himself.
So why then do our cultural elites wish to cajole us into eating only plants and beetles while simultaneously promoting the practice of cannibalism? It seems that by promoting the eating of human flesh they would want every man to attempt to make himself into some kind of man devouring demonic “god” such as the Aztecs or the Phoenicians had, while at the same time making man forget that he is the steward of this world by virtue of his Creator, the one true God. This is not hyperbole either but the professed goal of the very people who were the original and current enemies of all things true, good, and beautiful: communist vegetarians.
Now this may seem strange also but it is no mistake that vegetarianism was practiced by many eastern cults and religions for thousands of years and that was one of the reasons why it was adopted by both French revolutionaries during the 1790’s and English socialists around the same time. As far as they were concerned, anything that could be employed as a substitute for traditional religious and cultural notions was to be used as a tool of cultural destruction. But mainly, communists chose to encourage the practice of vegetarianism because they believed that the natural order was one of oppression, not natural hierarchy. They did not view man as the summit of the created world but rather as the ultimate oppressor of the natural world. It is easy to see the strains of what is known as “woke culture” as far back as the French Revolution, but interestingly the practice of vegetarianism was viewed as integral to the destruction of the Christian/Classical worldview. Just one of these socialist individuals who claimed the necessity of vegetarianism based on the equality of moral importance between human and animal life was Henry S. Salt, a British social “progressive.”
As quoted by a proud socialist historian:
- “Arguing all forms of oppression were interconnected, he (Henry Salt) advocated “not this or that humane reform, but all of them” simultaneously, for it was not a single specific symptom, but the root “disease”-society’s underlying ethic- that required treatment. Salt identified this as one of selfish exploitation, and so advocated a consistent principle of humaneness to oppose it, campaigning for the causes of socialism, women’s liberation, pacifism, vegetarianism and animal rights. All were, he asserted, “inseparably connected” and none could “be fully realised alone.”
Henry Salt wrote close to 40 books on the de jour socialist issues spanning the spectrum from the necessity of recognizing animals rights to women’s liberation and an apology on vegetarianism. His socialist bona fides were well established by his close association with the founders of the Fabian Socialist Society, whose symbol was a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Salt was a stated disbeliever in “established religions” but was a major apologist for the at-the-time less established religion which was rapidly sweeping through the ranks of all the cultural institutions of the West. That religion of course was socialism.
That socialism is indeed a religious movement complete with articles of faith and dogma and an eschatology is not the scope of this article. It is a story worth telling but invariably a long one. For now it should suffice to state the fact that it is the amalgamation of the all the heresies which existed in the early Church and socialist theorists, their priests if you will, have written many books on how to ape the earthly institution established by Jesus Christ and attempt to convert individuals from the inside out in order to make the socialist utopia come. This kingdom come is not the one prayed for in the Our Father either, but more akin to the hobnailed boot described in George Orwell’s 1984, crushing down on the human neck forever. Evidently many socialists have identified vegetarianism as a good sacramental to begin the conversion of individuals. If they cannot access the heart directly, they can come close with the stomach.
Now, nobody is saying that eating vegetables makes you into a socialist. Goodness knows that if it did we would all be well on our way to a communist utopia. But seeing as most reading this article still likely prefer the natural hamburger in the grocery store over synthetic substitutes shows that the enemy of mankind still has some work to do. Still, the general attractiveness of many of the meatless diet options presented as more “healthy” than the regular one us flesh devouring oppressors prefer are promoted less so by concern about healthy living than they are ideologically driven. If they, the Hollywood elite and the bug munching villains at the World Economic Forum, can subtly convince us that we are oppressors of the planet because we eat meat and make us lose sight of our true nature, then what will become of man?
Nature won’t become socialist just because man is capable of believing himself something lesser than he is made to be. Nature will continue to be what it is, with one vital difference: there will be one more animal fit for the Kanamit soup pot. Or the other phenomenon will occur and we will all literally become cannibals. That is not far fetched either. If we believe ourselves capable of changing the natural order then we believe ourselves to be God. The big problem with that is that we obviously are not God! We are human and we have a very distinct place in the created order. We eat what is lower in nature than ourselves and if you think you are a god and I think I am a god, then one of us has to be the higher and one of us the lower. It is a bizarre predicament to find oneself in and somewhat incredulous to think about, but then again, ask Megan Fox or (allegedly) Armie Hammer why they like the idea of eating their paramours.
“He was as fair as he is ugly now, and raised his brow against his Maker still . . . and three dribbled his tears and slaver slick with blood. In every mouth he gnashed his teeth to grind a sinner, as a thresher crushes flax, so there were three he put to such great pain . . . “

Inferno, Canto Thirty-four. 34-55
